We have some very picky eaters in our house BUT mama doesnt like to compromise flavor so I try to find a median, but when we find a recipe that EVERYONE loves its a true miracle, so we praise god and save the recipe! Tonight was one of those nights!

CHICKEN BACON RANCH PASTA!!
So I found this recipe on pinterest and modified a little based on what I already had because I didnt feel like driving to town to get ingredients 🤷♀️
I started with 5 chicken breasts thawed and drizzled with extra virgin olive oil! (I really only needed three but when i make chicken I always make extra for my lunch salads!) I then rubbed with garlics powder onion powder and a dash of cayenne for a little punch!
I cooked these on 425 for about an hour and while it was cooking, I boiled half a box of large macaroni noodles (the recipe called for penne pasta”
The recipe said to shred but we prefer diced! So I diced it up and then set aside to start the sauce! Now the recipe called for one jar of store bought alfredo sauce, which I did not have but my sister in law was just here and made chicken alfredo with homemade sauce so I had all the ingredients to make my own! I used a cup of heavy cream, 1 cup of milk and half a cup each of mozzarella and parmesan cheeses and cooked it all together! I added a pinch of salt and pepper to taste and then the magic ingredient 1/2 a cup of hidden valley (or your favorite) ranch dressing!
This sauce is amazing! While I let it cook down I threw some bacon in the oven and let it cook on 425 for about 10-15 minutes! I then added the noodles and chicken to the sauce and dumped it all in a glass baking dish! When the bacon was done I chopped it up and sprinkled over the pasta mix! and then last but not least added shredded mozzarella and parmesan cheese and baked on 350 for about 20 minutes!

1/2 box pasta of your choice

1/2 cup ranch dressing
6 pieces of bacon
